Art star Cindy Sherman's one and only feature film is a timeless horror-comedy, set against a terrifying backdrop - the work office. Nerdy Carol Kane gets bloody revenge on her domineering co-workers, using them to create her idyllic family setting in her basement. All the striking aspects of Sherman's legendary photography are felt in the world of the film, as if the actors were portraying characters she had been creating in still life since the 1970s. The iconic cast is rounded out by Molly Ringwald, Jeanne Tripplehorn, Barbara Sukowa and Michael Imperioli.
